Glenn Nieves is the managing partner of the firm.  Glenn is a graduate of the prestigious UCLA School of Law.  Prior to opening the firm, he worked at some of the biggest law firms in the United States (Reed Smith LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP) handling some of the nation’s most sophisticated business transactions and obtaining accolades for his commitment to his clients’ success.  He has substantial experience representing U.S. and multinational companies in a wide variety of corporate and business transactions, including emerging companies, private placements and public offerings, private equity transactions, cross-border financings, venture capital financings, secured loan financings, strategic alliances, joint ventures, licensing and distribution arrangements, asset and stock acquisitions and general corporate matters.  Glenn’s clients include public and private companies and firms in various fields, including high-tech, entertainment , consumer electronics, private equity, life sciences, telecommunications, food, manufacturing, commercial finance, software, real estate development, clean tech companies, new media clients and publishing.
